New version update – VisiumKMS 12.14 Launches with Customer-led Upgrades and Improvements

Houston, TX – October 15th, 2021 – The developer team behind VisiumKMS, the highly configurable, web-based QHSE platform have launched version 12.14 with some great new customer-led features.

VisiumKMS has been designed to connect information dynamically, precisely, reliably and instantly – between the back office and the plant, factory, or any other site, driving efficient, visible, and easily communicable corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Today’s update, the result of close collaboration with the VisiumKMS user community via the company’s Ideas Portal, sees the introduction of many new requested features and functions. These include:

The addition of security controls for action target completion dates. This forces end-users to enter a reason for any date changes they wish to make and will have a positive impact on improving time efficiencies within organisations.

The VisiumKMS user community also requested an upgraded alerting system for users when new assignments and tasks are available which further improve workforce efficiency in the field.

The team have included enhancements to the reporting elements of VisiumKMS, which allow for much greater levels of accountability and traceability when using the software for auditing purposes.

The software update comes just as the company prepares to launch its’ much-anticipated VisiumKMS Mobile application for Android and Apple devices.
