Our mission
Process safety failures don’t happen because people don’t care. They happen because the right information didn’t reach the right person at the right moment, or because a recommended action from a PHA sat in a spreadsheet for six months with nobody chasing it.
VisiumKMS exists to close that gap. Every module in the platform — MOC, incident investigation, risk assessment, audits, corrective action tracking — is built around a single operating principle: surface the right information, assign it to the right owner, and make sure it gets closed out. Not aggregated into a dashboard after the fact. Closed out, before something goes wrong.
That’s what process safety software should do. We’ve been building toward that standard since the late 1980s, and it’s still the only thing we’re trying to do.
