Implementation Services
VisiumKMS implementation is a separate, scoped engagement. Our team works directly with your process safety, EHS, and IT stakeholders to configure the platform for your workflows, migrate your existing data, and train your team before go-live. No outsourced support, no offshore contractors.
Business Process Design
We map your existing PSM and EHS workflows to VisiumKMS module configuration before a single setting is touched. MOC approval chains, incident investigation templates, audit schedules, and escalation rules are scoped and agreed before build begins.
Technical Configuration
Full platform configuration including workflow setup, email notification rules, dashboard and reporting setup, and user role configuration. Historical data migration from legacy systems, spreadsheets, or previous platforms included where in scope.
Project Management
Dedicated project management covering scheduling, resourcing, scope management, and stakeholder coordination. Typical implementation timelines depend on modules and data migration complexity.
User Training
Role-based training programs for end users, functional administrators, and technical administrators. Available classroom-based or online. Customized per business line and module set.
